Kerry has recently been promoted from Head Receptionist and is now responsible for all things office as well as front of house. With a strong background in customer service you can be assured a cheery welcome upon arrival. Using her vast experience in event management she will always go out of her way to ensure you get the most from your visit.  Kerry spends most of her day dealing with bookings, but also the aquisition of new business whenever time allows.

Time with Company: 7 years

Simon has worked in karting, and specifically arranging events, for over 10 years. He has built up his experience at both indoor and outdoor circuits and is a keen karter himself (many of the trophies you see displayed at Reception bear his name), so knows only too well what makes a good race.  Simon handles most of the large group bookings as well as dealing with the majority of email enquiries.  If you require a bespoke event tailored to your exact specifications, he's the man to ask.

Time at Company: 5 years 6 months

Emily has been part of the Reception team for over 3 years now and you're sure to see her if you visit us weekdays.  Prior to this she worked on the circuit as a Senior Marshal, so really knows the business from front to back.

Emily is a keen car enthusiast and be warned: mention the word 'Ford', and you could be there for some time; mention the letters 'RS' and you might never leave!

Time at Company: 4 years 6 months

Louise heads our Reception midweek and on Saturdays at present.  Thanks to her exceptional organisational skills she has also taken on the task of ordering all office consumables and dealing with all voucher sales and invoicing.  

She joined us after being a regular spectator on Sunday mornings, cheering on her younger brother Joe (who is now part of our Workshop team) in our Cadet Academy.

Sarah has been running Reception at the weekends for some time now and has really got it down to an art.  You can be assured that even on the busiest of days she will be calm and in control. 

In 2008 Sarah represented the Reception team for recognition in 'Customer Service' at the Global Business Excellence Awards.

Sara is the latest addition to our ever expanding team and her experience in retail and business has proven extremely helpful.  She regularly puts on 'Open' race events and the combination of her enthusiasm and bubbly telephone manner ensures they are always full!

Even though Jane is based at Lakeside, she is responsible for managing the accounts at both our circuits.  Having run her own business for a number of years she certainly knows her numbers!

Along side Giles, Tracie has been part of the team right from the off.  With a background in the City, she has a huge amount of experience and know-how.
